I install leadership capability systems for growing organizations from 15 to 500+ employees, where founders and over-burdened HR leaders realize growth has outstripped capacity and who need a sensible, simple and scalable approach to development. Turnover, burnout and low-engagement are existential threats to most organizations - but in particular, education, health-care, manufacturing, and construction experience this threat more than most others.Leaders are operating under immense pressure with little cushion and no Golden-Parachute. When leaders are stretched thin, the middle-layer of the organization feels the impact most acutely.No leadership bench. No succession plan.
