As a Principal Consultant specialising in Pway and Civils Rail Recruitment Team Josh provides effective and efficient delivery and support to our candidates and clients alike.Josh has had great success across our rail team, and now uses his knowledge of the rail sector and project delivery to lead our Pway and Civils team. Prior to leading Advance TRS\'s Rail Pway and Civils Recruitment, Josh built his experience running the businesses 4LM delivery, placing white and blue collar signalling professionals in both permanent and contract roles across the London Underground upgrades. He was instrumental in delivering this team of over 200 contractors on the 4 Lines Modernisation project (4LM), the largest signalling works of its kind in the world.Advance TRS is a niche recruitment consultancy specialising in the provision of highly-skilled technical professionals.
