My journey has uniquely blended education, sales, coaching, and digital innovation, allowing me to develop the next generation of leaders and problem-solvers.As a Digital Design Instructor in CTE, High School Football Coach, and Creative Technology Consultant, I believe that “the process is the product.” My focus is on daily progress, fostering a growth mindset, and building cumulative success over time—rather than chasing quick wins.Career Highlights:Education: Expanded a digital design program from 8 to 90+ students with a 150+ student waitlist. Mentored students to national awards, including Emmys, and developed innovative, non-traditional curricula that prepare students for real-world success.Sales: Achieved Presidents Club honors as a Senior Sales Executive for the world’s largest private pharmaceutical company and continue to leverage these skills as a licensed real estate agent in Ohio and roof/siding/gutter insurance replacement Project Manager.Creative Technology: I have Led media and branding projects that increased organizational awareness, improved user experience, and strengthened brand strategy—serving as both a hands-on designer/developer and a project manager.Throughout my career, I’ve recruited, retained, and mentored thousands of students and team members by championing transformational leadership. 1. Project Manager

   The Roofing Guys

   Dec 2023 — Present

   In 2023, our home was hit by a hail storm which damaged our roof. The damage was inspected by The Roofing Guys. They helped us navigate the process of an insurance claim and walked us all the way through the installation of a new roof. It only cost us our home policy deductible. It increased our home value by $25k and now our home is insurable for 20-25 more years. I was so impressed with Grant and the companies professionalism and customer service, that I began to train with them as a project manager.After going through a mentorship process, I am now a Project Manager for TRG, where I inspect homes for damage to the roof/siding caused by hail or wind and help homeowners navigate the process of filing insurance claims. I work with the insurance company to help the homeowner, receive a new roof or new siding, covered by your insurance policy.
