ABOUT JOSH GADLEY
As the Director of the Partial Hospitalization Program at Sarah A. Reed Children\'s Center, I oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children and families in the Erie area. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and I have been working in the mental health field for over ten years. I am skilled in mental health counseling, group therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and I have a passion for helping children overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I also teach as an Adjunct Instructor at PennWest Edinboro, where I share my knowledge and experience with aspiring counselors. My core competencies include clinical supervision, program development, staff training, and outcome evaluation. My mission is to provide evidence-based and culturally responsive interventions that foster resilience, healing, and growth among the children and families I serve.
