In addition to helping clients navigate securities and investment management regulatory requirements, the fundraising process (including PPM preparation, investor subscription review, fund administrator coordination and closing) and side letter negotiations, I support investor relations and ongoing fund operations, advising on co-investments, separately managed accounts, joint ventures, financings, secondary transactions and sponsor-level GP economics.
