About Josh Faughnan
I am currently pursuing my Master of Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University, where I serve as a Graduate Assistant in Creative Services for VCU Athletics. I am grateful for this opportunity, as it allows me to further develop my creativity, leadership, and sports business acumen while contributing to a high-level athletics program with such a passionate fanbase.I recently earned my B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Binghamton University, graduating Cum Laude. At Binghamton, I served on the E-Board of the Sports Management Group for three years, where I gained valuable experience in event planning, collaboration, and leadership. I also worked as a content creator for Binghamton’s Division I Athletic Department, sharpening my skills in video editing, social media management, and digital content creation, an experience that helped me discover my true passions.My professional journey began as a Groundskeeper at Queensbury Little League, where I developed a strong work ethic and attention to detail. I later worked as a Cart Attendant at Hiland Park Country Club, where I built customer service and communication skills that I continue to carry with me today. These experiences sparked my passion for the sports industry, which has only grown since.I am grateful for the experiences that have shaped my path so far and excited to continue growing at the intersection of sports, creativity, and leadership.
