Life Sciences- Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK):As part of GSK Capital Projects, I manage a range of unique construction projects. Each project is managed for its full lifecycle, through NEC4 and GSK’s in house governance structure. The process was updated in 2024 with greater controls, requiring a proactive and dynamic approach.The projects vary in scope from the design and construction of specialised laboratory refurbishments, to major infrastructure replacement and reinforcement. I have developed a confident and trusted relationship with the client through delivering.Operations Pillar- Cost Centre:As Utilisation Lead, I oversee all actions relating to this stream within my cost centre. The cost centre receives data that allows us to report on performance. Our reporting provides useful insight that shows what actions I as well as senior leadership can implement to optimise the utilisation of the cost centre.
