I enjoy utilizing the skills and experiences attributed to the trials and tribulations of my personal and professional life. My prior work experience includes both supervisory duties and subordinate roles, working alongside people of all ages and backgrounds. I’ve been an effective leader because I lead by example and focus on achieving the goal at hand. If I\'m not the one leading the team, I strive to embrace my role and keep in mind what is best for the business and its stakeholders. Stepping into the non-profit sector more than a decade ago, I began to realize that there is more to a job than just the paycheck. For the first time, I was placing importance on being proud of the work I was doing because it was something which improved the quality of life for others. I don’t know what track I will follow in the decades ahead, but I do hope to maintain that feeling of fulfillment that comes from hard work, dedication and a positive outlook.
