Facilitate Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) activities with stakeholders across multiple business lines to identify all risk-generating activities, assess inherent impact, coordinate with Operational Risk to align to high level Risk Events to the Taxonomy and work to scope any existing controls or gaps to present and defend to a risk oversight committee.Monitor risk mitigation strategies for complex and highly integrated business specific risk across different business lines. Support RCSA related efforts to review evaluate business artifacts including risk and controls, Operational Risk Questionnaire, Fact Pack, Quality Check Results. Track and escalate Change Requests. Confirm control deficiencies discovered during the completion of the control evaluation are accurately and properly documented. Manage the identified control deficiencies with the business and other key stakeholders to determine next steps. Identify gaps in the execution of control evaluation test scripts and evaluation strategies, evaluation of control design and performance, ensuring control evaluations are completely timely within established deadlines, satisfactory threshold progress of risk acceptance and achieve quality standards, and ensure artifacts and risk questionnaires fully contemplate activities performed.Collaborate closely with facilitation team, business partners, risk officers and RAU owners to gather inputs, define, develop and pilot risk-based testing across multiple line of businesses, processes and control owners to help define additional testing and validation techniques.Draft any Control Sharing Agreements (CSAs) and archive acknowledgements and correspondence required for the archive RAU file per RCSA guidelines. Ensure program changes are communicated in a timely manner and appropriately identified and evaluated for clear direction on impacts from specific risk owners
