With 25 years across enterprise IT and fintech, I’ve led multiple cloud adoptions, and worked in middleware, infrastructure, cloud, database, security, identity, observability, devops, developer experience and full-stack software delivery. During my journey I\'ve learned how to build the systems that hold up under pressure and lead the teams who know why their work matters.Recently, I’ve been directly leading well-tenured teams in the enterprise architecture & strategy space and am focused on the multi-cloud platform strategy which serves a few million customers. As a change agent, I\'ve driven the strategy for container modernization with internal developer platforms that reduce friction and speed up delivery. As a leader of leaders who creates the framework and guardrails around higher quality code standards, I\'m a driver for adopting AI driven static code analysis, and multi-cloud hosted, 12 factor, API driven micro-service container strategies, including GitHub actions reusable workflows, and smart scaffolding, like service-mesh enabled support for blue/green or red/black deployments anywhere at any time. My personal brand consists of tying this all together with an automated end-to-end, low toil developer journey which leverages an internal developer portal architecture that actually gets used by the org. I still review code, troubleshoot gnarly problems, and make sure engineers and their leaders understand the bigger picture.
