Responsibilities: • Perform as Recruiting SME in support of business development/revenue-generating activity. • Follow a standardized, documented and repeatable candidate qualification process uniform across HTC globally. • Acquire technical and business vertical expertise, and make effective use of HTC Global provided support staff along with current tools and consistent training. • Hire full-time employees and lessen our dependency on sub-contractors to meet demand. • Employ proven recruiting principles, standard sourcing techniques, and continuing education in latest industry trends and techniques. • Focus on time management and performance focused on critical demand first. • Perform in an environment of collaborative team work with the goal of delivering top candidates. • Follow a process designed to foster an attitude of recruiting focus and accountability while supporting multi territory requirements and mega deal situations. • Bridge national and global platforms using communication portals, and an Enterprise database with over IT professionals globally.
