Founded, expanded, and currently manage the K12 Jobs Blast. This confidential and free service consolidates, organizes, and shares all K12 jobs in school leadership, senior leadership, academics, operations & finance, external affairs, and talent & HR to over subscribers at no cost- Led a multi-year marketing campaign that has grown the subscriber base to K12 leaders across all 50 states- Built relationships with over 92 sponsoring organizations that have shared roles on the K12 jobs board and had 527 organizations voluntarily use the service across the US- Expanded the newsletter function from an average of views per month to over views per by streamlining and consolidating content to meet subscriber needs- Established consulting services for additional wrap around supports for organization including talent search, fractional chief, and strategic advising. Expanded to five partner organizations in 2024-25- Conducted 9 executive searches and 25 recruiting and sourcing campaigns.
