ABOUT JOSH CONNORS

I love to see people succeed.My work history is about creating cultures anchored in personalization that enable favorable business outcomes. By understanding colleagues as individuals, I build deep confidence in people to be their best and to achieve their personal and professional goals. I have built high-performing teams that have become benchmarks for engagement and have delivered consistently exceptional P/L results. Leveraging engagement survey results, I helped to create department-wide engagement pillars. These pillars have created sustainable changes in the most highlighted areas of the survey - Communication, DEI, Development, and Modernization. Additionally, my goal is to have the teams I work for be the destination of choice for high-caliber talent. To deliver on this goal, I have created multiple internship opportunities and other career mapping programs.As a proven corporate athlete, I have had success in multiple roles and am extremely humbled that I have been able to thrive in three different careers within CVS Health – Analytics, Supply Chain, and Asset Protection. In these capacities, I have participated on and led teams that have delivered hundreds of millions in P/L and cash flow benefit to the enterprise.In 2018, I received the CVS Health graduate degree sponsorship award which led to my MBA completion in the summer of 2020. In this MBA program, I attained BETA GAMMA SIGMA honors and achieved the Bryant University College of Business Outstanding Student Award.I am a fan of many sports, have a great family, enjoy giving back to the community, love live music, and sometimes try my hand at creative writing. Always with a pursuit for knowledge, my personal brand is Eternal Student.
