I am a zealot for a challenging problem.I previously worked at Amazon where I worked on a forecasting system to predict future capacities as well as necessary labor planning for the optimal customer experience. I worked to design and develop something that would be long last, but still allow for customizations for desired customer needs.Prior to Amazon, I worked for Dicks Sporting Goods building their shipping functionality for all products. I was able to work during a transition process for a completely new carrier and then rebuild a system that was most efficient for our customers experience.Before my professional career started, I graduate from the University of Rochester with a B.S. in Computer Science.
