Nature and outdoor adventures are at the core of my personal and professional pursuits. As a results-driven leader with a continuous learner\'s mindset, I have extensive experience in people leadership, sales execution, and operational excellence within the fast-paced and competitive outdoor retail industry. Currently, the Assistant Store Manager/Community & Events Lead at YETI’s first international flagship in Canada, where I oversee daily operations, lead guest and team experience, create engaging product visuals, in addition to developing and executing marketing, event and community activations that align with brand and business goals. Skilled in optimizing sales strategies, maximizing profitability and performance with a supportive teamwork structure, and most importantly, enhancing guest engagement and brand acknowledgment through targeted events, community-driven initiatives and product training. Passionate about leveraging data and insights to drive decisions, adapt to evolving market trends, and deliver results through a combination of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership while encouraging autonomy.
