Adjust controls to regulate temperature, pressure, feed, or flow of liquids and gases and times of prescribed reactions, according to knowledge of equipment and processes as pertaining to MDI and Aniline production. Troubleshoot plant irregularities. Assisted in creating job plans for outage planning. Updated procedures, process description, and training material for incoming operators. Tracked and maintained Operations Schedule as pertaining to Turnarounds so that Work Orders could be completed accordingly. Personally, trained various operators since the start of my process operator career during a 60-workday training period. Helped with updating new control schemes on distillation processes to improve plant reliability and production quality. Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, HAZWOPER, PSM, and PSSR. In 2014 exceeded production goals and set new production record for MDI.
