Partnering with my sales counterparts to elevate relationships beyond the data teams, implementing SE best practices frameworks to drive more strategic GTM initiatives for prospects, and coaching/mentoring SEs across the organization. My mission is to continuously challenge my SE teams to think big! Helping them hone their technical skills and develop their own strategic relationships with their customers to drive deeper Snowflake adoption. Most recently, I have been leading the \"new logo\" team for all of the West Enterprise, focusing on long term Snowflake prospects in highly competitive environments.
