Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance while fostering a safe work atmosphere. Engage new hires and make sure they are bought in to the safety culture. Train on powered industrial equipment, hazardous waste handling, Orientation, Annual refresher training, and Recertification. Complete inspections in a timely fashion (SPCC, quarterly inspections, semi annual environmental, TIER 2, and hazard risk assessments). File and track all documents while working with workers compensation.Have had a significant reduction in injuries as well as behaviors that may lead to an injury. Double digit reduction in every measured area over the last five years. We have lowered total injury rate 6 years straight while being the most efficient DC in the Supply Chain for the past 5 years. The last 5 years have been the safest since the DC opened it\'s doors in 1997.
