ABOUT JOSH BURGENER
I am a litigator in FBT Gibbon’s Business Litigation Group working out of the firm’s Nashville office. I focus my practice on complex commercial and business litigation, employment disputes, class action litigation, government enforcement actions, and real estate litigation. I routinely handle trade secret and non-compete suits, evaluate non-solicitation and other employment agreements, and litigate contract claims, lease disputes, and business torts. Beyond my courtroom practice, I advise clients on litigation assessment and avoidance, and assist clients solve whatever problems they face.
