Categories include Packaging, Smallwares, Merchandising, Food Product Innovation). Lead the Ops Process and Equipment testing function. Support Back of House operations through continuous improvement initiatives that increase safety, efficiency, and quality. Identify opportunities for innovation in processes, equipment, and BOH arrangement with a focus on improving labor and speed, increasing efficiencies, and reducing food cost. Lead Ops Material Development team who creates comprehensive training materials for all test and system LTO product calendar events for Domestic Restaurants. Utilize Restaurant Simulation tool to test operational procedures, improve labor efficiencies and reduce operational impact. Successfully launched multiple non-integrated 3rd Party Delivery vendors at all Corporate Carl\'s Jr. and Hardee\'s Restaurants - Test and rollout Delivery Integration to company Restaurants - Worked cross functionally as Ops lead to identify and test saving initiatives that totaled $60.1M savings for the Brand (20••••19) Partner with Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s Franchise Ops Committees to lead quarterly update meetings on Operations initiatives. Own and maintain the Operations Procedure Manual and Equipment Procedure Manual for all Carl\'s Jr. and Hardee’s Company and Franchise Restaurants.
