My commitment to customer success is rooted in a deep understanding of the field, backed by a comprehensive background as a Journeyman Mold Maker and extensive expertise in designing, building and processing plastic and rubber injection molds, as well as aluminum, magnesium and steel die cast molds. Most of my work lives behind the scenes, but when done right everything moves smoother and faster. I specialize in rubber injection molds and particularly over-molding extrusions, plastics, metal castings and stampings primarily but not limited to the automotive and heavy truck industries. My roles encompassed managing and directing tooling needs, collaborating with suppliers, engineering and production to include prototype development, part feasibility, supplier selection, development based on machine capacities, tonnage, material volumes and availability.
