   Scheduling, troubleshooting, and completing complex circuit installations for many high priority government corporations nationwide involving multiple types of equipment and testing procedures. Arm/lock the facility as part of After-Hours procedures every night once all orders have been completed or addressed. Onsite IT technician which supported the network/end user workstations within the WV facility. Schedule and provide support for multiple high security government telecommunications installs internationally such as FBI,Department of Commerce, Department of Energy, Social Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security, etc. Facilitate the installation of pair gain repeaters/media converters, routers (Cisco 3845 series), switches (Catalyst and 3700 series), CSU/DSUs (Paradyne 3160s and others), Port Authority modems, servers, etc for multiple high security government organizations and facilities. Facilitate the installation of circuit extensions of POTS lines, ISDN, T1s, DS-3, OC3-192, etc using Cat5e, Cat6e, RG59, RG6, and Fiber Optic cabling for multiple high security government installations and facilities. Provide end user desktop support of multiple critical workstations and network infrastructure in an operations environment including software/hardware/security support via phone and physical support. Maintain an extremely fast paced work condition of multiple installs a day across multiple telecommunications carriers end user facilities.
