At Dentons’ Venture Technology and Emerging Companies Group in New York City, I work with startups, investors, and technology companies on corporate transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. My practice focuses on venture-backed and digital-asset-adjacent businesses, with experience supporting financings, corporate structuring, and regulatory analysis involving blockchain, artificial intelligence, and other novel technologies. I work closely with founders, investors, and internal deal teams on matters ranging from early-stage financings to later-stage growth and complex strategic transactions.I earned my J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2024, where I concentrated on emerging technologies and innovation law and served as President of the Technology Law Club, leading programming and discussions focused on blockchain, AI, and decentralized finance. My legal experience includes venture technology matters and cryptocurrency-related transactions, including work on venture financings, corporate structuring, and diligence, with an emphasis on regulatory risk and compliance in novel technology contexts.Before law school, I earned a Bachelor\'s Degree from The University of Texas at Austin, with a Business Foundations minor and spent a semester abroad at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain. I’m fluent in Spanish and bring a global perspective to my work.Outside of law, I’m a musician with over one million streams across platforms with my band dean keeton, including placements on Spotify-curated playlists and coverage in music publications.
