   Responsible for the operation of a 150K sq. ft. industrial HVAC manufacturing facility with 130 teammates and roughly $65M in sales/year- Responsible for providing input, creating, and executing the strategic objectives for the manufacturing plant and overall business unit- Accountable for overall performance of the manufacturing facility including metal fabrication, sub-assembly departments, and production lines- Successfully completed a product and manpower split into two separate locations/business units, while ramping up production double digits YoY and launching new products into the newly formed DOAS manufacturing facility. In 2.5 years, manpower has ramped up 43% with a net sales growth of 68%- Undergoing major plant expansion that involves increasing square footage by 50%, launching a highly automated fabrication system, a new foam press, and various moves to internal departments and equipment- Responsible for staffing the production facility in accordance with the sales and operations plan to execute on production dollars and productivity targets.
