As Stewardship Director, I am responsible for the stewardship of the Land Conservancy’s 80+ properties totaling over acres across Western New York. I ensure the Land Conservancy’s conservation easements and fee holdings are monitored, enforced, and are in compliance. I also oversee management activities across our fee holdings and nature preserves. This includes ecological monitoring, wildlife management, and invasive species management. I am in charge of all public recreation management and planning. This includes trail design & build work, which I am especially passionate about.
