Directly own all aspects of remanufacturing quality at up to 13 North American sites, concurrently, throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada. Develop strategy and drive operational rigor to improve quality and reliability of products delivered to our customers. Lead and develop direct reports to meet quality operational metrics such as Corrective Action / Preventative Action (Root Cause Anaylsis), Nonconforming Material control, Workstation / Customer / Registrar audits, Gage Calibration, PPAP execution and Special Process qualifications. Developed and drove cross functional project / program deck to reduce early life failures - driving improvements in engineering design, service of components in the field, manufacturing workmanship and supplied components. Integrated two distinct remanufacturing businesses as a result of the merger between GE Transportation and Wabtec, occurring in 2019, into a single cohesive team. Additionally, after the acquisition of RELCO Locomotives in 2020, integrated two additional sites into the organization. Restructured the quality organization to improve capability in order to lead and drive a culture of quality and to achieve synergy.
