I hold a diverse and extensive background in traffic management, spanning various sectors such as telecommunications, gas, electricity, civils, and construction. I have gained experience from the design stages of creating plans to managing deployment, sales, and planning indicates a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle. Throughout my employment I have been Involved in the initial design stages of creating plans, indicating a hands-on approach to project development. Managed operational teams of up to 150 employees and subcontractors, highlighting leadership and organizational skills. Additionally, more in the commercial side successfully completed framework agreements, negotiation and contractual skills. Demonstrated expertise in compliance by achieving ISO certifications (ISO9001, 14001 & 45001), underlining a commitment to quality, environmental standards, and occupational health and safety. Involved in sales activities, indicating a well-rounded understanding of business development. Focused on maximizing growth both internally and meeting client requirements. This is to ensure company KPI targets such as EBITDA, 90-Day WIP, 0 RIDDOR incidents are met/exceed.
