I manage technology initiatives across AMLI’s Developments, Acquisitions, and Dispositions, ensuring each property launches with robust, future-ready systems.Responsibilities:Community Technology: Oversee access control, smart locks, building automation, managed Wi-Fi networks, cellular DAS coverage, security-camera deployments, and other IoT solutions that enhance resident experience.IT Project Management: Oversee IT deliverables for new developments, acquisitions, and dispositions by coordinating with internal IT teams to supply needed information, provide regular updates to stakeholders on both the property and IT sides, and track progress to keep all timelines on schedule.Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central liaison among development, construction, operations, and technology vendors.Process Improvement: Use tools such as Smartsheet to create dashboards, track projects, and document best practices for future projects.My role bridges AMLI’s property development and corporate IT teams to deliver connected, secure, and on-time communications.
