Being the General Manager of a Professional Minor League Baseball Team is fast paced, demanding, but very rewarding. Working at a ballpark is a pretty nice perk.My list of core duties at the Freedom include: 1. Customizing client sponsorship packages that engage, interact and leaves an impact on our audience\'s enjoyment and participation with the game. Our partners build brand awareness and loyalty while having fun with their customers and community.2. Manage a sales staff that introduces and services outstanding company/client outings during the summertime. They get to sell fun, team building and affordable packages that benefit our community\'s corporate America.3. Lead in the planning and execution of 48 Freedom baseball events including how the Freedom promote themselves to the community and the in-game execution of our nightly promotions.no two nights are the same!4. Manage and execute the Freedom\'s media platforms including TV, radio, web and social media.
