About Josh Ambrose

I am first and foremost a die-hard Minnesota Vikings fan. Not by choice, by birth, originally growing up in Minneapolis, MN there wasn\'t really an option, it was just a part of my childhood. Now I\'ve carried on the tradition by not giving my wife or 3 sons the choice either, so we suffer as a family every year, its a beautiful thing. But on a serious note. As the General Manager at Custer Inc. Fort Wayne, I am responsible for overseeing the budget and P&L, managing the front end and back end operations, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building relationships with major accounts. I lead a team of talented professionals who design and build exceptional spaces that create meaningful connections and empower people to do their best work. With an MBA degree from Indiana Institute of Technology, with a double concentration in Marketing and Management, I have a strong background in problem solving, business development, community relationships and strategic leadership. I also have a passion for process development and optimization, I have acquired multiple certifications and skills in this domain, such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, an understanding of Lean principles and root cause analysis from my years in manufacturing. My goal is to transform the communities we live in by delivering spaces that inspire and support the work our clients do. What I am most proud of however is my engagement in our Fort Wayne community, although I\'m not from here originally, Fort Wayne is now home, I met my wife here, my children are all born here and as a result I\'m committed to doing everything I can to make it the best place on earth. I do that through my involvement with various non-profit groups, serving on boards and committees, and most recently graduating from the 2023 Leadership Fort Wayne class.
