ABOUT JOSH AIELLO
Playing football at Denison University has greatly developed my teamwork and communication skills. Earning a starting spot at the receiver position as a freshman shows my motivation to work towards goals. Having a different receiver coach every year has forced me to adapt to different coaching styles and personalities. Through both academics and athletics, Denison has showed me how to identify my role to maximize the group\'s results. My strong work ethic and adaptability allowed me to be chosen by a local Jostens executive for an internship opportunity. My experience in my Jostens internship exposed me to a corporate environment that was under a stressful time with COVID-19 and uncertain graduation dates. Problem solving and cooperation were needed during the stressful and overwhelming times.
