1. Vice President of Operations

   So far at MatchaBar, I’ve received three promotions as a result of my tenacity, adaptability and hard work:As Inventory Coordinator, I monitored inventory of MatchaBar’s products across our network of warehouses, and coordinated the effective distribution of our products across all our sales channels. I successfully managed relationships with vendors and partners across countries and time zones, and developed effective quality control processes to monitor the proper lifecycle of all our products after they have been produced. Soon after, I was recognized with a promotion to Operations Manager. In this role, I procured and purchased all ingredients and packaging supplies that MatchaBar develops, directly oversaw and managed all production runs for the business, and lead large, cross-functional projects that touch upon the Operations, Accounting, Sales and Marketing departments.Because of this effort, I was offered the opportunity to be the Head of Operations. I took on the role of managing all incoming and current projects which resulted in new product launches, serving as initial point-person for client and vendor relations, new vendor pitches, and vendor contract negotiations (liason for R&D, proposals, RFQ responses, etc).I currently serve as Vice President of Operations where I continue to develop new systems to improve project management and smooth Operations from development through distribution. Over these past five years, I’ve actively proposed new practices that have reduced costs, supported the company\'s growth and advanced my skills in process improvement as well as project and product management.
