I been involved in the Banking industry for 20 years, working in both sides IT and Business, I been able to implement Large Business/IT Projects, process reengineering and management with different business and technology profiles, at least 50 people under my supervision at the same period of timeIn the last 13 years I been focused on the operation of branches and ATMs, implementing continuous improvements on operating process, SW development and implementation of new technological solutions that can streamline the operation of these very important channels for banking operations.I had the opportunity to work with large banks worldwide in different countries, as well with important consultancies who support the developing for your strong and soft skills.I had the opportunity to do a Master\'s at MIT, a dream come true, I been able to work in different countries and cultures, opening my way of thinking and allowing me to increase my personal, professional and cultural knowledge.I’m a person focused on get the best results, a human leader who likes to maintain a balance between life and work because our health and family are an important pillar. Looking to support his teams every time they need it and give them all the tools required to perform his job on the best wayI worked as a volunteer for more than 19 years, I been led reforestation woods, lead the recycling projects and the biggest energy reduction campaign for HSBC Mexico.
