Senior Counsel supporting AmerisourceBergen\'s Strategic Global Sourcing group. I structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers of all sizes and product ranges. I am the lead counsel supporting our global generics team, global biosimilars team, and our branded full-line distribution channel. I also served as lead counsel negotiating three-way agreements with manufacturers and the federal government for the distribution of Covid-19 therapies. I am also responsible for managing all manufacturer related bankruptcy cases, and have served as my company\'s representative on creditors\' committees. Outside of sourcing, I am also the primary legal support for AB\'s advertising and marketing teams. I take pride in providing sound legal judgment with a focus on enabling my business teams to meet their business objectives.
