My name is José R. Pérez, and I’m a Realtor with Advanta Realty. I work in the counties of Broward and Miami Dade. I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids and volunteering at their school. I believe that family is very important. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration at Monroe College in New York City. I obtained my Realtor license at Gold Cost and continue to stay current on important laws and regulations via post licensing courses. As a result of my 10+ years of experience in Real Estate and educational background, I have acquired the understanding of local trends, pricing strategies, and negotiating skills to help reach the results you desire.I have always enjoyed all aspects of the real estate business.
