As a consultant at RivasWorks LLC, I leverage my 30+ years of experience in non-profit and higher education leadership to provide strategic guidance, program development, and capacity building for organizations serving low-income, at-risk youth. I have a deep interest and commitment to supporting first-generation professionals and have a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC and a Master of Public Administration from CSU-East Bay.
