ABOUT JOSÉ RICO
José Rico gained his first experience with Cisco in 2003, when he was part of the first Cisco lighthouse and biggest IPT project in Germany. Since then, he has been involved in Cisco collaboration technology and has consulted and implemented several Cisco solutions for customers over the years. In 2016, José joined Cisco Systems Germany as Technical Solution Architect in the European Advanced Services Team, where he planned, designed and was responsible for Contact Center migrations for a Healthcare customer, among others.Since 2020 he is proudly part of the Cisco Germany Collaboration Team as Technical Solution Architect, where he now consults and guides customers and partners in Cisco\'s Collaboration Architecture. Since the beginning, José has always acted according to the motto of taking customer requirements seriously and covering them as simply as possible with an architecture.On the one hand to keep the operating costs low but also to increase the usability.He can live out this motto to customers and partners with Cisco collaboration technology along with Webex solutions.
