I am a Quinnipiac graduate, with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Information Systems. I am currently on track to receive my Master\'s Degree with a concentration in Data Analytics. I am currently looking to apply my technical skills to a role in technology. I’m a hard worker, who approaches every task received with a precise and diligent attitude. I see visualization as one of the most important skills to possess when addressing an obstacle, as it allows the problem-solver to read the given situation from every angle and find a precise solution.    Oversee full project lifecycle for residential development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site coordination- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Gantt charts and forecasting tools; regularly review schedule progress with internal teams and obtain weekly updates from subcontractors to ensure alignment with critical path milestones- Manage project financials by tracking budgets, analyzing cost data, and ensuring cost efficiency across labor, materials, and subcontracted work using data pulled from QuickBooks Online, Procore, and Smartsheet- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership to resolve design issues, manage RFIs/submittals, monitor change orders, and maintain accurate project documentation- Ensure compliance with DOB and other regulatory requirements while maintaining site safety standards and managing vendor contracts, invoicing, and payment applications- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and status updates using the Microsoft Suite to support senior leadership and investor communications- Implement digital systems and workflows to streamline construction operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve project transparency across platforms including Procore, Smartsheet, and QuickBooks Online.
