During my 43 years of experience in the construction industry, I have proven achievements in the estimating of construction documents and proposal development, the value engineering, sales, purchasing, and project management for both structural & miscellaneous steel contracts. This was accomplished by researching new industries and developing new business relationships. Communication with contractors/construction managers, steel suppliers and fellow employees, as well as, value engineering and sending in requests for information helped in securing contracts.
