For the past decade, I\'ve been a passionate advocate for integrating technology into classrooms all over New Jersey. My journey began responding to helpdesk tickets with hands-on technical support for two elementary schools, ensuring they had the tools needed for success.Witnessing the transformative power of technology in education, I transitioned to an instructional support role. By designing and delivering professional development workshops, I empowered educators from Kindergarten through 12th grade to seamlessly integrate technology into their lesson plans.Following this enriching experience, I returned to a technical role within the same district. As the Network Specialist, I managed critical systems like VoIP and MDM, and collaborated with the Network Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of the district\'s infrastructure.This distinctive blend of technical expertise and instructional knowledge paved the way for my first leadership role in educational technology. As a Director of Technology, I gained invaluable experience collaborating with administrators on project planning, grant applications, and the development of a comprehensive 3-year technology plan.Today, I leverage my diverse background as Coordinator of Information & Instructional Technology at Galloway Township Public Schools. I lead the school district\'s technology team, spearheading strategic planning and managing a team of skilled technologists. I am passionate about fostering a dynamic learning environment that ignites excitement and creativity in both educators and students. I hope that my dedication to the effective utilization of technology serves as a driving force for positive change within the educational landscape.
