I maximise the time I spend from securing the Undergraduates Avenues prize for academic excellence and building my own company Pen Forge Collective Ltd. I partner with Owen Clater at Becks & Clates to access greater capital opportunities and creatives who wish to take ownership of their ideas.In order to take a year in industry before finishing my degree, I became a Novus member. Novus gave me access to site visits, careers events, and online workshops in the supply chain industry. This got me an offer for a 12-month placement in Procurement before everyone else in my cohort.Recognising that the University of Hull has been a gateway to so many opportunities, I have given back as a Library Volunteer Mentor, Student Garden Project Leader, Course Representative, and most importantly, as a PASS Leader for Accounting & Finance. I mentor business students and early career professionals to access the best opportunities and achieve their highest potential.
