Lead and develop a large team of engineers supporting a number of cross-functional development projects. Enhancing the San Diego business line by influencing long-term solution planning within manufacturing, qualification, field service, and transportation, directly impacting the bottom line of our EUV product. Responsible for managing 7-figure annual development budgets. Responsible for development and progression of three ASML engineering competencies including packaging, transport, handling, and safe-lifting. Additional competences include thermal analysis, structural analysis, DFX, dFMEA, pFMEA and more. As a member of the San Diego leadership team, frequently take part in decision making on business-critical product line development, including road-mapping for EUV manufacturing. Member of ASML San Diego\'s site safety team.
