With 30 years of expertise in talent acquisition and human resources, I have had the privilege of wearing many hats—from consultant to corporate leader. Along the way, I have inspired teams, built strategic marketing and recruiting initiatives, and turned challenges into opportunities.My journey began in IT staffing for hospitals, where I found my passion for connecting the right people with the right roles. This soon led me into recruiting healthcare recruiters for large healthcare systems—a pivotal step that deepened my connection to the healthcare industry. It was here that I discovered the power of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). This model, which blends strategic partnership with seamless integration into a client’s culture, sparked something in me—and there was no looking back.In 2015, I founded Symmetry Resource Partners, a faith-based, family-owned business headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Our sole focus? Helping healthcare organizations nationwide find their perfect fit. From full-time nurses and surgical techs to support staff and leadership roles, we are proud to support some of the nation’s most critical hiring needs.At Symmetry, I serve as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing productivity and quality while championing our mission to make healthcare hiring smarter, faster, and more human.
