We believe that people coming together can transform systems. Through the process, we also continue to be transformed. We currently have several programs empowering healthcare professionals to serve resource-denied communities around the world. Global HEAL Program: Filling physician vacancies and empowering local health workers to HEAL resource-denied communities around the world. Mexico Leadership Program: Providing HEAL’s transformational program in Spanish to nurses in rural Mexico. Southwest Leadership Program: Empowering Indigenous nurse leaders to HEAL Navajo Nation. California HEAL Program: Filling physician vacancies and empowering local health workers to address the needs of resource-denied communities across the state. We plan to extend leadership programs in East Africa and India in the coming years.
