This is fundamental to my person leadership philosophy to know your team and how to present them with their task so each person knows they will be successful in their role.As a consultant and engineer I worked on a variety of engineering projects for commercial nuclear power facilities and Environmental Restoration and Waste Management projects for Department of Energy.
