   When Lippert acquired CURT Group in December of 2019, we worked side-by side for 12 months. There was tremendous opportunity for our two marketing teams to integrate and become a single, powerhouse team. During this transition, I was identified as the ideal candidate to lead the Marketing Services team due to my leadership skills, past experience and passion for all things creative. I helped to organize the team and put us all in a position to support the expanding business needs. I took this as an opportunity to promote a few team members to Management roles and have watched proudly as they have evolved and grown into leaders of their own. The Services team supports the broader Marketing team, and the rest of the business, with the assets, images, copy, and videos required to support and drive sales across the different sales channels. We do this with a ‘can do!’ attitude and are known and the department that does whatever it takes to get the job done. We are responsible for graphic design, videography, photography, trade shows, content and SEO. I take great pride in the work our team does and continually push the team and myself to improve, each day!
