As the Director of Pricing at Carrier Enterprise, I am responsible for managing all aspects of the pricing strategy, including road map, development, implementation, and reporting. With over 6 years of experience in pricing and costing roles, I have developed a deep expertise in competitive pricing, pricing matrix development, pricing/margin analysis, and transactional lean.My mission is to partner with various teams across the organization, such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT, to ensure the execution of the pricing strategy and provide strategic analysis and gross margin forecasting by product and customer segments. I also participate and coordinate with Corporate HQ and the other regional pricing directors on national company strategic pricing initiative discussions and implementations. I am passionate about value-based pricing strategy, sales operations, and financial planning and analysis, and I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques to optimize the pricing performance. I am an experienced user of Pricefx, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Business Objects, On-Base, and Hyperion.
