My background…I enjoy my career because of the unique opportunity to work with business owners, CXOs, and their advisors, to learn about their businesses, and help them execute transactions and achieve business succession goals. To date, I’ve completed over valuations involving publicly traded and privately held companies of all sizes, in countless industries, and throughout the United States. I\'ve helped dozens of companies reward their employees with ownership by forming an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
