Leading all aspects of the third party-administrator (TPA) and pricing team to ensure compliance with all government price (GP) reporting and contracting to ensuring adherence with Federal and State legislation, regulations, and guidance regarding product pricing and availability. Responsible for all monthly & quarterly price calculations and submissions, including reasonable assumptions and class of trade schema. Participates in developing and implementing the US contracting (payer, government, distribution) and access strategy and engagement plan. Responsible for class of trade and roster management. Leads impact analysis of Federal/State legislation and healthcare policy. Member of policy committee.
