Though my title includes “Projects,” my primary focus is on elevating how the entire firm works — through Revit standardization, knowledge systems, and digital infrastructure. I’m also the emergency project leader for high-stakes efforts that require cross-disciplinary execution.Key Contributions: • Led the transition from AutoCAD and legacy workflows to a fully Revit-based production system • Developed and maintain a digital warehouse of Revit families, templates, and documentation systems • Designed and rolled out a comprehensive Quality Program including QA/QC workflows, review templates, and SOPs • Provided firm-wide training, mentorship, and team support for adopting new systems and digital tools • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on operations, staffing, and technology implementation
